Privacy policy
Polarity Dash is a single-player arcade game with online leaderboards. This page explains what we store and why. We keep it short because there is little to tell.
What we collect
- A random player ID. The server creates it when you first submit a score. A secret kept in the app proves it is you.
- Initials and a public tag. You choose three initials. The 5-character tag is generated. Both show on the boards.
- Country. Taken from your IP address at registration and stored as a country code only. We do not keep the address as part of your profile.
- Supporter pack. The purchase is handled entirely by Apple or Google, and we do not receive or store it. The pack is restored from your store account. The only thing we keep is the leaderboard emblem you choose to wear, with your player ID, so it can show beside your initials.
- Run data. The seed, your tap timings and the score of a ranked run, used to confirm the score is real.
What stays on your device
Coins, skins, boosts, settings and achievements are saved locally. We do not receive them.
What we do not do
- No account with your email or name.
- No selling or sharing of data.
- No advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
Retention and deletion
Leaderboard entries stay until you ask us to remove them. Write to support with your player tag and we will delete the player record and its scores.
Children
Polarity Dash is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not ask for names, email addresses or other contact details. The only personal-style data is the three initials a player picks, and a parent can ask us to remove a player record at any time through the Support page.
